How Free Scrum Poker Works
Scrum Poker is a structured way for a team to compare the relative size of a backlog item. ScrumPoker.win gives your team a shared room where everyone can choose an estimate, reveal cards together, and discuss the result.
Run a round in five steps

Create or join a room
From the homepage, enter a room name and choose “Create or Join Room.” Share that room name or room URL with the people who are estimating with you.

Choose a voting system
The default Fibonacci deck is 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, the room's selected custom emoji, and a question-mark option. You can also select T-shirt sizes or the built-in emoji deck before the round is revealed.

Select an estimate
Read the same story or task, then choose the card that best represents its relative size. Each participant makes an independent choice before the result is discussed.

Reveal the cards
A participant reveals the cards when the team is ready. The reveal control changes the room view so selected estimates are shown together for comparison and discussion.

Discuss, agree, and repeat
Compare the estimates, ask about different assumptions, and decide on a useful team estimate. Reset the round for the next backlog item.
Which card set should you use?
Use a card set that matches the conversation you want to have:
- Fibonacci: useful when your team estimates relative story points.
- T-shirt sizes: useful for a quick coarse comparison such as XS through XXL.
- Emoji: useful when a numeric estimate is not the goal of the discussion.
